Three Sharpeners in One
The EdgeSharp Xchange Sharp is a cartridge-based sharpener which allows you to sharpen straight blade kitchen knives, serrated knives and shears with one handy tool. It includes 3 color-coded, interchangeable cartridges that can be conveniently stored inside the handle. The Xchange is ergonomic, hand-held sharpening at its easiest.
Color-Coded Cartridges
The Xchange Sharpener comes with three color-coded cartridges:
- Red - kitchen knives
- Grey - shears
- Purple - serrated blades
Choose the cartridge based on the type of knife you are sharpening. Cartirdges store conveniently in the handle when not in use.
